All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high volume drops or launches, processing times may extend slightly, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quick and smooth.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times after shipment
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during holidays, weather delays, or carrier disruptions.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and want to place an order, reach out to us directly and we’ll see what we can work out.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s system, but we’ll always help you track it down if something seems off.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us ASAP and we’ll try to correct it before shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue. We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
